Formerly the P'tit Canon, the restaurant recently changed ownership to become the Comptoir Vauban. The restaurant still benefits from its unique location, in the heart of the Citadelle, with a splendid view over the Gironde estuary. In summer, it's great to share a few tapas and enjoy a few drinks on the terrace.
