Honey, cinnamon, cloves, at the Gingerbread Palace, the 5 senses are stimulated during an interactive and playful journey for young and old. You can also learn about the history of gingerbread, how it is made and the imagination surrounding this delicacy. And as in Alsace, Christmas is not a joke, the palace is adorned with garlands of lights, colored balls and even Santa Claus and his sleigh. The adjoining store is full of cookies and other Alsatian specialties!

Une découverte ludique et gourmande que ce palais qui nous livre quelques secrets de fabrication du pain d'épices. C'est intéressant à voir, suivi du passage dans la boutique qui propose de nombreuses déclinaisons de ce produit ainsi que d'autres spécialités régionales, confitures, miels, foies gras.

C'est une visite dans un autre monde avec la complicité du Mannele... Ce petit bonhomme nous entraîne dans l'histoire et la fabrication du pain d'épices en passant par un décor digne d'Hansel et Gretel ! Enfin, vous passez par la boutique... Une véritable caverne d'Ali Baba du sucré, un vrai paradis pour petits et grands à des prix tout à fait raisonnables !
