EARL GLOECKLER BRENNER
The know-how of the Gloeckler-Brenner family has been passed on with passion from generation to generation since the 18th century. The family cultivates 7.5 hectares of vines at the foot of Mont Saint-Odile, notably in the area known as Hoell and Clos des Prunelles. In addition to the Alsatian grape varieties and the Crémant d'Alsace, the estate produces an astonishing wine: the Muscat sur fil, made from grapes dried for 5-6 months in an attic! The water of the grapes evaporates and the wine obtained after pressing and fermentation is incredible of sweetness and freshness.
