The location of this beautiful hotel-restaurant, away from the hustle and bustle of the resort, is much appreciated, as is the attentive welcome and top-of-the-range cuisine. Guests enjoy their meals in the 50-seat panoramic dining room, whose interior has been entirely decorated by pastellist David Lorusso. The products served are local and seasonal, even noble: gourmet salad with quail fillets, filet de saint-pierre with citrus sauce, venison stew with forgotten vegetables, seasonal fruit tarts for dessert. Sophisticated presentations. Special evenings for carnival or other events, fashion shows: there's no shortage of entertainment. The Manoir des Montagnes is also a hotel with 4 rooms and 6 suites, renovated with taste and refinement, plus an unusual accommodation: a small chalet, the Mamon, with private spa.
