Hugo Meyer, chef of the restaurant Le Mirabilis in Mirebel and Comptoir counter in Lignano-Le-Saunier, shares his passion for cooking by offering courses to all lovers, curious, epicurean from 14 years old! Classes last 3 hours, the workshop provides equipment, products and deck. They end with a tasting of the preparations. Either an entrance and a dish or dish and dessert.
