Un service médiocre et honteux
Le système technique est défaillant et les bornes ne sont pas adaptées aux nouveaux vélos. Résultat : en essayant de raccrocher mon vélo, le voyant rouge s'allume, impossible de le redécrocher pour le raccrocher. On me débite la caution de 140 euros (alors que le vélo est quand même bien accroché à la borne...), le service client reconnaît que c'est une erreur et me promets un remboursement dans la semaine. Deux semaines après, toujours aucun virement et je me fais balader par mail et par téléphone. Bref, à fuir, au risque qu'il vous en coûte très cher.

Cela fait 2 fois que je pose mon vélo à une borne (qui est libre et fonctionnelle), le vélo est attaché à la borne mais le compte à rebours continue de s’écouler, résultat j’ai été prélevée du dépôt de garantie alors que j’ai fais réclamation au téléphone !!! C’est honteux vraiment payer 240€ l’année pour avoir un service pareil, c’est du vol.
