Until the end of last year, the address was that of the restaurant «Happy as Alexander» specialized in melting. Since Friday, January 15, 2016, this is the case! which has moved to this particular address. Why? Because the restaurant is divided into two halls on the Rue du Parliament-Saint-Pierre. So much for the framework. Side kitchen, this is! is defined as a local bistro and, to see its map, you want to believe it. Ardoise of dried magret stuffed with fatty liver, parmentier of duck to the ceps and peppers of the Pyrenees or even, paved with lamb sauce with rosemary sauce and coral lenses, these dishes feel good traditional local cuisine with which one added a touch of modernity in the presentation. The word of mouth has worked well since the establishment opened, and it is better to reserve before you go.

Le service est au top, laissez-vous guidez par Nicolas qui saura vous conseiller le vin adapté à vos goûts et vos tapas. A chaque fois nous dégustons un vin différent qui nous émerveille les papilles. Côté tapas, tout simplement un régal : les cassolettes sont à tomber, la charcuterie et les fromages sont excellents et de bonne qualité. Un bar sympathique et convivial à la décoration charmante, une bonne soirée assurée.
Le restaurant est trop mignon, la carte et les produits sont délicieux, la vaisselle est magnifique, l’ambiance est très sympa et le serveur est à l’écoute, agréable, souriant et très attentionné ! Je recommande carrément ????
