Southwestern cuisine in a Corsican restaurant in Bordeaux offering tapas, gizzard salad or risotto.
Le Petit Mignon is well named! In this long establishment nestled on rue St-Rémi, Corsican cuisine is in the spotlight. As an aperitif, opt for tapas in the colours of the island of Beauty: a plate of cheeses, cold meats, foie gras and Corsican fig jam or roasted camembert with the flavours of Porto-Vecchio! The menu also gives pride of place to our dear local cuisine: gizzard salad with raspberry vinegar, South-West style egg with mushrooms and duck breast, creamy risotto with scallops... The welcome is warm and the service very pleasant. Go and taste a little piece of Corsica in the heart of Bordeaux, you won't regret the trip!
