The chef showcases products from the South-West of France in a comprehensive, low-price menu with a choice of starters, main courses and desserts (roast St. Nectaire with smoked bacon, beef parmentier reduced in red wine, crème brûlée with salted butter caramel...). A formula that's been working for some years now!
