As you stroll along the rue des Faussets, you are sure to be approached by the young boss of La Perle Bordelaise. Don't worry, it is with kindness that this former manager of the Kali'Mucho in Andernos-les-Bains, presents you with his card. On the menu, specialities from the South-West: Landes salad, foie gras and its onion chutney, lomo with Espelette chilli pepper. To accompany your meal, La Perle Bordelaise offers you a small but nice selection of wines. Here you order the bottle or you adopt the concept "à la corde", i.e. you only pay for the quantity consumed in the bottle! The place is pretty, though a bit cramped.
