LA FERME DU PETIT ARGELAS
Tapas, homemade duck chops in a restaurant-boutique with terrace in Bordeaux using Landes products.
A restaurant/shop unlike any other.... The setting is that of a farm without fuss in a quiet and green environment. Small room inside, covered terrace outside with some tables on the grass. All the products come from traditional Landes farms, some vegetables and wines are bought from producers and harvesters. Landes tapas, for example, are made with foie gras, foie gras pâté, rillettes, slices of duck breast dried with homemade beret. We recommend the duck breast tartar with foie gras. This slaughter is a fresh duck breast, cut with a knife, served with pieces of foie gras, prepared with a flavoured sauce and served with chips and salad. Another specialty: duck chops in marinade. Finally, very large eaters can take up the Défi du Papé: 700 g minimum of duck, 400 g of homemade french fries and salad. The one who finishes his plate has his name on the honor roll.... Everything is homemade by Alain, the boss and pure Landais, even the seasonal fruit pie or chocolate mousse
