In this "Avant-Comptoir", tapas are the stars with no less than 80 proposals displayed on the ceiling. Chef Julien Camdeborde sublimates the local products, carefully chosen from renowned suppliers and wine growers. On the menu, classics like grilled txistorra, pimientos de padrón or snacked chipirons, but also elaborate seasonal tapas. Meals are shared at the large counter or on the high tables, with a glass of wine from the producer.
