When you open the door, you are more likely to enter a modern coffee shop than a traditional creperie. You have the choice of eating take-out or eating in. Armchairs, coffee tables and standing tables are available to guests in a convivial area. The concept is actually based on fast food, with table service, and homemade. The buckwheat pancakes and wheat pancakes are prepared before our eyes. The products are fresh and local so the choice is quite limited. Euskadi (raw ham, piperade, egg, grated emmental cheese) was our favourite, as was the homemade apple-caramel pancake with salted butter
