In their little floral crêperie, Grégoire and Thomas delight both eyes and stomachs with superb sweet and savory bouquets. One works hard behind the billigs, the other takes the time to welcome customers. When you arrive, you'll find excellent galettes, generously garnished and delicately flowered, made with local produce: flour from the Blasimon mill, vegetables from the Potager des Chartrons, meat from Gironde, cheese from the Pyrenees or the Basque country... Our signature pastrami is smoked on site. Soft hallah sandwiches are also available.
