It is difficult to stop the surge of specialized establishments in the Poké Bowl, the healthy trend from Hawaii. The latest one is called Pokawa. Franchise launched in Paris, the brand moved to Bordeaux in the summer of 2019. The main course? The famous Poké bowl, a typical dish made from marinated raw fish, fresh fruit and vegetables. A few signature recipes are added to the classic à la carte recipes, which are very extensive. For a complete and healthy menu, Pokawa offers, as a starter, a wakame seaweed salad, the new trend from Japan, and some gourmet homemade desserts, including coconut pudding with chia pearls and granola bowl. Nous avons choisi notre commande à la borne puis avons attendu en salle. Les commandes sont arrivées et même pas un bon appétit.
Mais il fallait s’y attendre! Tous les ingrédients étaient insipides, en très petites quantités et jetées dans le bol.

Venir travailler un dimanche devait franchement les ennuyer. Mais les clients n’y sont pour rien!
Nous sommes repartis en disant au revoir puisque nous avons reçus une éducation mais à priori elles n’ont pas la même…. Voire pas d’éducation du tout!
