The Arepa has traded in its four wheels for a foothold 200 meters away. The name also refers to this cornflour-based patty, filled with ham, cheese, beef, kidney beans... Homemade from fresh ingredients like the rest of the menu, the arepas are also available in vegan and vegetarian versions. All recipes are certified gluten-free. On the menu, you can choose to accompany your galette with a salad and a portion of tajadas (fried plantain) or yuca frita (fried manioc). Yummy!
