It's time for poutine! Since 2019, this Quebec specialty has been one of Bordeaux's new culinary trends. In this organic-labeled pub-restaurant, you'll be able to savor a really good poutine, entirely homemade. The chef offers several recipes: the classic with a gravy-style beef sauce deglazed with beer, the montagnarde with cream infused with garlic and bacon, or the bordelaise with red wine and shallot sauce. The restaurant is also renowned for its craft beer microbrewery, located right in the basement!
