Ô P'TIT QUÉBEC
Restaurant offering a traditional Quebec dish in Bordeaux.
Enzo and Marc Dorion have imported a little piece of Quebec and what a great idea! This new adventure is available in grocery stores and restaurants. If you don't know poutine, you'll soon discover it as a meal or as a side dish. This traditional Quebec dish is made with fries, cheese curds and a slightly spicy brown sauce. It can be garnished with smoked or pulled pork, beef marinated in brine, etc. Another specialty is smoked meat or fish, with or without Canadian spices.
