Tacos, ceviches, homemade beers in a mobile restaurant in Bordeaux offering take-away meals.
The idea was born when Virginie and Philippe were living in the United States in California. Over there, the famous food trucks are everywhere! Once back in France, they decided to develop a mobile restaurant concept to serve South American and California specialties. Every day, Virginie buys food from Capu and gets behind the stove. The food offered is fresh, exotic and sometimes spicy. Artisanal beers are served with the food. The dishes can be taken away or enjoyed on a temporary terrace.
