HAHA - ASIAN STREET FOOD
Japanese restaurant in Bordeaux offering steamed brioche, brown seaweed salad, broth and cocktails.
What an atmosphere! When you push the door of this establishment, you leave the hustle and bustle of the Saint-Pierre district to find yourself on a street in Osaka, sitting at a street food stall. The decoration is truly impressive and offers a real change of scenery. To extend the trip, we recommend a few unmissable culinary specialties: bao, a small steamed brioche with a burger-like filling, wakame salad, a deliciously seasoned brown Japanese seaweed, and ramen, the famous Japanese broth. Very warm, the place is also suitable for cocktails. We fell in love with the Spritz revisited, with its passion fruit and coriander flavours.
