Chinese restaurant in Bordeaux offering homemade dishes with quality products and well worked.
If you talk about a Chinese restaurant, immediately in front of you the answer is: "I'm fed up with caterers and Chinese buffets that all get their food from the same place where you always eat the same dishes." Le Coffret des Saveurs is indeed a Chinese restaurant but here everything is homemade with quality products, well worked. Chef Wang bases his cooking on traditional recipes to adapt them to French palates without distorting the taste. The Szechuan-style beef carpaccio is a thinly sliced beef fillet, half-cooked, drizzled with hot oil and served with a sauce based on spicy beans, garlic, ginger and Szechuan pepper. Gong Bao chicken is marinated chicken, Chinese yellow wine, dried red chilies and peanuts. All dishes are full of flavor.
