There aren't many good Indian restaurants in Bordeaux, but this one changes the game a little. In stark contrast to the usual kitsch decor, the small room in wood and yellow tones soberly welcomes lovers of traditional Indian gastronomy. The open kitchen gives a glimpse of the chef hard at work behind his jars of spices: perfectly cooked meats, minute pakoras and samossas, fresh sauces, extra soft naans... Everything is homemade, often using organic ingredients, for a delicate explosion of flavors.

Une véritable invitation aux milles et unes saveurs vous attendent au sein de ce restaurant tenu d’une main de fer par une équipe si aimable et un chef aux petits soins, on s’y sent si bien!
Les plats étaient si appétissants qu’on ne pouvais s’empêcher d’y goûter avant de prendre les photos, c’était une première pour mon conjoint et moi-même et nous en ressortons conquis, c’est l’adresse idéale pour des plats indiens authentiques.
Mention spéciale pour la sauce qui accompagne les samossas de boeuf qui nous a laissés raide dingues!
