Attractive Asian-inspired restaurant specializing in dim sum, tartar, donburi, ramen and poke bowls in Bordeaux Bastide.
We cross the Garonne to discover the delicious Asian flavors of this pretty canteen with a zen and Japanese decoration. On the menu, Japanese specialties such as ramen, udon and donburi, but also assorted dim sum and poke bowls. On the side, original miso soup with corn, crunchy cabbage salad and black rice, to be accompanied by an aloe vera juice or a Mira beer, before finishing with mochis or dorayaki. To savor all this, we sit on a velvet bench or facing the river to enjoy the view on the left bank.

Concernant les plats, nous avons été déçues des saveurs pour le donbori au canard laqué ainsi que les udon au boeuf teriyaki… Etant donné les saveurs des entrées, on s’attendait à mieux en plat.
