Musubi means "to bind" in Japanese, and it's their passion for cooking and the desire to share it that binds Ayako and Marie. In this tiny restaurant, everything exudes sincerity, generosity and a taste for work well done. 3 people, all amazing. Small place, just enough for you to infuse with the mood. Few choices of food, perfect to eat something really deep and simple together. And the price just fine, cheery on top.

Premièrement le lieu, épuré, avec des détails de bon goût on s’y sent comme au Japon. Ensuite dans l’assiette, où tout est merveilleusement bien travaillé, les saveurs, la présentation, la vaisselle. On s’est régalé!
Et enfin le service, même en plein rush, la serveuse est attentionnée et sympathique.
Il me tarde déjà d’y refaire un passage.
