Restaurant with a typical Japanese boui-boui atmosphere, reinventing family recipes using fresh market produce.
A typical Japanese boui-boui atmosphere for this tiny restaurant run by chef Kakinuma, who reinvents family recipes around fresh market produce. On the menu, traditional bentos (chicken kaaraage, tonkatsu, breaded fish, vegetable tempura, or recipe of the week), with just the right proportions and authentic flavors. The few homemade desserts (dorayaki, matcha tiramisu, chocolate cake) are just as delicious. A lunch break that feels like a culinary voyage... Mind you, the place is small, but the menu can also be taken away.

La salle est toute petite mais cela donne un charme particulier à cet endroit.
