Korean barbecue and Japanese specialties in a restaurant in Bordeaux offering thin slices of marinated meats.
There are few places in Bordeaux where you can enjoy a Korean barbecue (the marinated meat is to be cooked yourself on a board). This is the case at Yako, which also offers Japanese specialities. Sushi is prepared on demand in front of customers. In addition to the thin slices of marinated meat to cook, the Japanese fondue (a kind of oriental stew) for two people has a finesse and taste that is not found in other restaurants in the city. We also recommend yakitoris, delicious mini grilled skewers. The address is very well known, so it is advisable to book especially on weekends!

Sushis et makis très moyens. Vinaigrette pas du tout authentique avec la salade de choux. Rien au thon n'était disponible. Riz thaï qui n'a rien à voir avec du riz japonais (et du reste mal cuit). Brochettes pas assez grillées et recouvertes de trop de sauce (trop sucrée). Crème brûlée pas disponible. Quasiment impossible de trouver un vin à moins de 50 € alors que la carte des vins est très longue.
