A Japanese restaurant that offers delicious makis at affordable prices? Welcome to Jin's home, located in the heart of the historic district, between Place de la Bourse and Place du Parlement. Don't be fooled by appearances and a little cold decoration, this restaurant is worth the trip. Here, sushi, sashimi and yakitori skewers are the stars. The specialities are the makis available in a gourmet way: with foie gras, Las Vegas style (surrounded by salmon) or futomaki, larger and made with different ingredients. Tasty and well-managed: we ask for more. Menus served with miso soup, marinated cabbage salad and rice bowl are very affordable.
