Healthy and dietetic Laotian restaurant in Bordeaux offering spring rolls, one of which is vegetarian.
The first restaurant specializing in spring rolls is nestled between Gambetta and Pey Berland. Philippe shares the family recipes of his Laotian mother, who is also a chef. The result: healthy, dietetic yet gourmet cuisine. Four recipes for rolls are on the menu, including a vegan one and a few originals such as lemongrass-marinated chicken and beef tartar. The restaurant also offers dishes adapted to the season, such as a refreshing Thai salad or a phô perfect for warming up.
