A little newcomer in the Saint-Pierre district has made its appearance in the summer of 2021. Lovers of Vietnamese cuisine, you will be in heaven. On the menu, some specialties adapted to streetfood, fresh and healthy. There is of course the inimitable chicken bánh mì , a sandwich served in a white baguette filled with chicken thighs, salad and vinegar cabbage. The recipe can also be served with strips of pork or thinly sliced tofu steak. For dessert, try xôi xoài, a sticky rice with mango, or chè chuối, a tapioca dessert with banana.
