From mezzés to desserts and breads, Gil and Ronan invite us on a gourmet journey to the Levant region.
Here, the assortment of mezzés prepared by Gil and Ronan (like everything else) is shared at the start of the meal. Even the bread is homemade. For those who appreciate it, the counter allows you to watch the team hard at work in the kitchen. The service is masterful, fast and efficient as for a lunch break, but also gentle and attentive, for the pleasure of eating out. Since our arrival, Kedem has also opened in the evening. Be prepared to be surprised by the originality of the recipes, seasonings, textures and temperatures.
