With a supply from beautiful Italian houses, the plates have taste and color. This day, we let ourselves be tempted by one of the suggestions; tagliolini returned in capers with cherry tomatoes, pine nuts... The waiter who took the time to explain us the recipe really made our mouths water. It was as good as it was pretty. The Maccheroni alla Genovese (maccheroni, melted beef shreds, slow cooked at low temperature, pecorino and parmesan cheese) is one of the chef's specialties. And the pizzas? Top notch!
