At Bartolo's, Neapolitan cuisine is on the plate. Here, in the charming Saint-Pierre district, everything is Italian, starting with their famous pizzas. They are prepared according to the Neapolitan tradition: the dough is left to rest for 36 hours and baked in a wood-fired oven for 90 seconds. A la carte, more than twenty pizzas: calzones (the vegetarian panino gigante is a delight), "gourmet" pizzas, including Corbarella, made from smoked buffalo mozzarella, potato and bacon, and "charcutieres". Da Bartolo offers a take-away service but we advise you to enjoy the pizzas directly on the spot: when they are hot and just out of the oven!

Le va et vient continu des serveurs par la porte d'entrée car les plats viennent du restaurant d'en face gache vraiment tout le plaisir d'être au restaurant
Nous avons froid pour manger et les plats meme s'ils sont bons ne peuvent pas être appréciés car l'ambiance de la salle n'est pas idéale
