Louis Larbidea moved from kitchen to kitchen before learning the art of the Neapolitan pizzaiolo at Chez Toto, Place du Parlement. There are no less than fourteen recipes on the menu, including one vegetarian, some of which are renewed every week or month. Everything is 100% home-made and quality is paramount. The dough is kneaded by hand, the cheeses and charcuterie are PDO and the vegetables are fresh in season. All the white and red pizzas are one size: 33 centimetres. A space is reserved for delicatessen.
