Turkish and Ottoman dishes in a restaurant in Bordeaux offering hummus, chicken or lamb skewers.
The atmosphere is special here. The decoration is atypical, inspired by the urtes as you can see in Central Asia and mixed with the stone that lets itself discover the walls. The good scents spread in the room and put in appetite. At Ottoman, it is better to come to the empty belly, the dishes of Turkish and Ottoman influences (you have doubted it!) are generously served in the plate. Housoft, skewers of different meat, chicken guveon or lamb (choked), köfte, aiskender kabap (veiled veal cut into thin slats on a bed of bread, with red sauce and white white sauce)… The taste of the trip is there on your plate. Everything is served with a smile. Beautiful discovery…
