Baklava is the traditional dessert in Bulgaria, Greece and Turkey. Mr Bisirici, a restaurant with his brother, always takes the time to explain the recipe of his baklava, a pastry to fine layers of puff and buttered pulp, made to pistachios and nappées sugar syrup after cooking. His recipe is undoubtedly one of the best in Bordeaux! It is tasted with an apple tea, 100% natural, trying to remember the other recipes here débusquées. That of Borek, also laminated, but stuffed with cheese and tomato, accompanied by its cool, finely flavoured salad.
