With its typical Indian Ocean dishes, Wayo-Wayo has conquered the hearts of the metropolitan population! On the menu: sausage rougail, shrimp curry with combava, chicken dakatine, chouchous daube... The Creole recipes proposed by Etienne and Clément change every week. Of course, you will also find samoussas, Reunion bouchons and the famous La Dodo beer. The concept, you will have understood, is to make you discover the recipes of the culinary heritage of Reunion Island, but by working mainly with local, organic or Red Label products.
