Mix of Vietnamese and French cuisine in a restaurant in Bordeaux with a vegetarian version.
Mixing the flavors of Vietnamese cuisine with French dishes is the promise of Anh Kha restaurant. The bet is more than successful, as evidenced by the house's flagship dish: the Anh Kha Burger special. The bread is replaced by a divine vinegared Thai rice, into which is slipped a marinated beef steak and tomato tartar, accompanied by sweet potato chips and vitelotte. The recipe is also available in a vegetarian version. The rest of the menu offers starters, main courses and desserts, as well as plates to share. We highly recommend the Landes spring rolls as a starter, the lacquered Abiota pork to continue and finally the French toast banana cake as a dessert.
