Stéphane and Carl Vaillant have opened their restaurant in the historic centre of Bordeaux. Located on the Place Saint-Pierre, the restaurant has a superb sunny terrace with a view of the church. The welcome is particularly pleasant and well looked after. Father and son offer a gourmet and healthy cuisine, highlighting local producers, accompanied by biodynamic and natural wines. Le hasard m'a amené place Saint Pierre, une table venait de se vider. Accueil charmant, plats délicieux et toujours servis avec le sourire.
Chance de pouvoir dîner en terrasse un 19 octobre..pour un montpellierain.
