Stéphane and Carl Vaillant have opened their restaurant in the historic centre of Bordeaux. Located on the Place Saint-Pierre, the restaurant has a superb sunny terrace with a view of the church. The welcome is particularly pleasant and well looked after. Father and son offer a gourmet and healthy cuisine, highlighting local producers, accompanied by biodynamic and natural wines. Et bien ! Quelle bonne adresse. Tout est beau et très bon ! Les tarifs sont adaptés à la qualité des ingrédients que l’on vous sert. Je vous conseille de réserver pour être sûr de pouvoir déguster leurs plats.

Lovely dinner, probably one of the last warm day in Bordeaux so we could enjoy sitting outside.
Service was really good.
Broccoli were slightly over-burnt for my liking but as always in France the dish looked fantastic.
