Stéphane and Carl Vaillant have opened their restaurant in the historic centre of Bordeaux. Located on the Place Saint-Pierre, the restaurant has a superb sunny terrace with a view of the church. The welcome is particularly pleasant and well looked after. Father and son offer a gourmet and healthy cuisine, highlighting local producers, accompanied by biodynamic and natural wines. Had a great meal here, so fresh and tasty.
Would recommended coming here if in Bordeaux.
Staff were very friendly and spoke English/had English menu so was helpful as we spoke only little French.
