An oyster shack in the heart of Bordeaux, an excellent idea for bringing the air of Cap Ferret to the Chartrons! The long Cabane is decorated in a seaside bistro style, and the terrace is perfect for after-dinner drinks under the sun in a relaxed, friendly atmosphere. The iodine perfumes the plates with oysters from Agathe, an oyster farmer on the peninsula, shrimps and whelks with homemade mayonnaise, fresh fish... We also share terrines and platters. Tous les couverts étaient sales. Lorsque j'ai demandé au serveur un verre propre, il est parti en cuisine essuyer avec un torchon le verre. Il a retiré les saletés et le rouge à lèvres mais a laissé de grosses traces de son passage. Je n'ai pas osé demander pour l'assiette et les couverts. Le restaurant sert du poisson cru, je me pose des questions concernant l'hygiène.

Notre 1er restaurant à Bordeaux, étant arrivé le jour même. Situé dans un quartier animé, terrasse sur la place du marché des chartrons. Cuisine simple mais de bonne qualité. Beaux plateaux de fruits de mer, et très bon croque maison à la truffe. Le tout pour un prix très raisonnable.
