Olivier de Butler has cast off from Bouscat to anchor himself completely in rue Fondaudège. On his bench shellfish, crustaceans, seafood, fish and a section of ready-made meals to take away or to eat on the spot. He has set up a few tables inside and especially outside to put his ultra-fresh products directly from the stall to the plate. The chef prepares well elaborated and very tasty recipes according to the arrivals and his inspiration of the moment.

Nous avons acheté du poisson, que nous avions demandé de vider et nettoyer… et lorsque nous sommes rentrés pour le préparer nous avons trouvé des mottes de vers Anisakis
Vous n’avez clairement pas nettoyer le poisson correctement et lorsque nous sommes venues en parler, photo à l’appui, le poissonnier a affirmé que c’était le cas dans tous ses poissons
