HÔTEL PULLMAN BORDEAUX LAC
4-star restaurant of the chef Frédéric Coiffe in Bordeaux offering a quick lunch.
With a sumptuous renovation of € 13 million, placing it among the best 4 stars in the department, the Pullman Aquitania could do less than the more beautiful part at the table. This is done extensively, with a dining room moved from the first floor on the ground floor, with views of the bamboo trees ahead of Bordeaux Lake. Black lacquered wood for furniture, and white white from contemporary crockery, table sets and thick towels. The chic tone is given. It is reinforced by the name of the consultant: Chef Jean-Marie Amat, who brewed his ideas, implemented by Frédéric Coiffe, the head of the hotel who has the title "Master Chef de France". The chef's menu at 62 € will spoil you with dessert and dessert, fish and meat. We taste products reassuring, but prepared with a I-don't know what a tendency. Thus, green asparagus is served lukewarm with Parmesan Parmesan and Spanish ham chips, the calf's head is émincée in carpaccio sauce ravigote, cod is pochée and accompanied by its haddock aux, the piece of lamb's shoulder is quite simply roasted in the oven… with its potatoes in juice. At lunchtime, the lunch formula at € 28 will be served for men pressed in 45 minutes.
