Paulette opened in Rue du Loup at the end of 2021, and the first piece of good news is that you'll be greeted with a smile! Then there's the menu, which offers lunchtime treats with dishes and tartines that change weekly, vegan pastries and cookies for sweet breaks, not to mention juices and hot drinks. This bright café-cantine offers vegetarian, homemade, organic and eco-responsible cuisine. On Saturdays, we come for brunch. A pleasant address ideally located to break up a sightseeing or shopping trip.

Un établissement très charmant où on se sent bien et cosy pour attraper en vitesse un café ou un lunch mais mieux encore y rester un moment pour y apprécier la déco ! La cuisine est de qualité et faite maison, mention spéciale pour le cookie choco fleur de sel (????). Le personnel est adorable et à l’écoute !

Une ambiance chaleureuse, on s’y sent bien, Pauline (Paulette) a toujours le sourire et ça fait du bien. A la carte on trouve des produits bio et de saison, ce qui est pour moi très important ! Merci pour cette petite bulle de déconnexion.

On se sent bien chez Paulette ! Un des cafés les plus cosy de Bordeaux. Toujours des plats qui réchauffent le cœur à la carte, tout ça bio et fait maison. N’hésitez plus, foncez !

Restaurant végétarien cosy et raffiné, qui offre de vraies bonnes recettes veggie. Cuisine maison et bio, avec des tartes de saison, un tajine de légumes …. Belle carte de jus et boissons chaudes également. Parfait pour un déjeuner au chaud avec un ami.
