Roast free-range chicken, ham on the bone, duck breast... Not forgetting the famous cochon de lait and Tahitian-smoked pork loin (weekends only). Ideal coloring, perfect caramelization... With all this, the tastes are just right! Finally, we indulge in the generous 1/4 chicken served with pommes grenaille.

tout d'abord, ils ont un menu plus complet que ça paraît : ils ont, notamment, des huîtres.
d'autre part, c'est, effectivement, la Rôtisserie qui est le point fort. on peut choisir et c'est bien fait.
alors... avant de vous faire pietiner dans le marché, prenez une petite bière ici. ça vaut l'arrêt...
arrivé tard, 20h45, mais bien reçu (pour manger): foie gras, travers de porc, vin maison (Castillon).
la planche de travers est, tout simplement, merveilleuse....

Avec de très bon accompagnement et c'est très généreux et délicieux j'ai mangé le meilleur tartare de Bordeaux ici !
