Slow-roasting chicken... really tempting! Inside, the hungry are already seated, while others are salivating at the thought of the delights they'll be taking home. Roast free-range chicken, ham on the bone, duck breast... Not forgetting the famous cochon de lait and Tahitian-smoked pork loin (weekends only). Ideal coloring, perfect caramelization... With all this, the tastes are just right! Finally, we indulge in the generous 1/4 chicken served with pommes grenaille.
