Tapas, eel in a fast food restaurant in Bordeaux where the customer chooses his meat on the butcher's stall.
In this former th century cellar, you can sit on the debout near the counter, in height or on the large dining for a moment of pure conviviality. The decoration is successful: vaults with apparent stone, cleverly studied lighting, metal heads of metal and very pleasant pop-rock music. The concept is also original: Come select the piece of meat directly at the butcher's gate among a wide selection of meat (veal, beef, lamb but also horse and bull), specify quantity and then cook and enjoy a few minutes later, with a generous decoration among five different choices. The carnivores will be the angels! No worries for others since the card also offers tapas, salads or eels! With glass or bottle, the selection of wines will happily accompany your delicious meat or tapas. On the evenings, the flat screens provide the atmosphere. To do nothing, the team is cool and listening.
