Marine has turned her Convent into an unusual place. She opted for a rather original concept with some starters, main courses and desserts, called the sins (some are vegetarian). The culinary memories of her travels have inspired her to create dishes with Mediterranean flavors. First, we confess with an artichoke carpaccio with truffle vinaigrette. Then, we don't hesitate to taste the proposal of the day, a delicate cream of peas with mint, mozzarella and crunchy asparagus. To hell with the sin of gluttony!
