This pretty vegan bistro has succeeded in showcasing delicious 100% plant-based cuisine. Chef Nicolas, a graduate of Comptoir Cuisine, concocts original, tasty dishes, with no animal products whatsoever. Everything is fresh, seasonal, mostly local and organic. On the à la carte menu, you can choose from two starters, two main courses and three desserts (dessert of the day, café gourmand, plate of faux-mages). The recipes change every month, but are always inventive and gourmet. In summer, tapas plates are available.
