On the menu: 8 other burgers, including the Edenté; the vegetarian. The fries are cooked in a surprising persillade and the home-made bread is rolled every morning. For the cheese, it comes from the famous affineur Jean D'Alos. For dessert, try the Ed Fleury, a frozen yogurt with pecan coulis. You can also find Edmond at 34 rue du Palais Gallien in Bordeaux.
